Never This Alive

Gentle broke, in unknown constants
the sphere above the mountain
come to see me, I said to my self.

Crested with ice, debris of ancient storms,
reflecting the light of the crystalline back.
All nature is full of self knowing.

Stillness never moves, until it is gone,
Mountains exhale.
Expectation gone one more day

Dawns were never this alive.

Not Alone

Kept the cold in my bones
let you melt me in my home
waited for the winter to return
in this world I'm not alone, alone, alone.

Drank the water, learned the song
washed in the river til the pain was gone
waited for the winter to return
in this world I'm not alone, alone, alone

Geometry of Heaven

Let us talk of places we'll never go
define the Geometry of Heaven
and in the space of a shape we'll see
the light that never was where
our feet are stuck on the ground.

This is not a dream, just an intangible thing.
Like being heart-to-heart never ring-to-ring.
